Ok, as promised yesterday, here is a more in depth look inside eBIZCrawler and how this tool works, as well as why you need this in your offline consulting ventures!
We are very excited to unleash this and will be launching as a WSO tomorrow (Thurs 20th May @ 12pm EST) so keep an eye out guys. We are more than likely going to limit the amount of copies sold due to our plans to take this viral. So, make sure you get in first guys!

Looks good, but I have a few questions…
1. Why is it limited to 30 results? What if I want to contact 100 dentists. After I’ve pulled the 30 results, will it find 30 DIFFERENT results?
2. Are you pulling the information off the internet or from a database you’ve built? I’m a bit concerned that everyone who uses this tool will contact the same 30 businesses in each area over and over again.
3. Can you create postcards as well as letters?
4. If this tool could pull RESIDENTS in a particular city or postal code, we could offer mailing services to clients (just an idea for future development).

Looks like this application will definitely be a great time saver. I would only add a way to collect email addresses and allow emailing directely from w/i the application as well.
Otherwsie, it’s definitely still a great tool for a offline consultant

Thanks for the comments,
In answer to your questions:
The information we are working with is the Google API, and we are limited to 30 results, we cannot pull anymore as of Googles API. We are working closely with the Google API terms and conditions to make sure we are not doing anything we shouldn’t be. This makes sure there are no issues in the future!
As part of the Google API we are not allowed to pull email addresses or URLs, but are working on a way around this and future updates will be free to all buyers! ; )
Our direct mail centre is a HTML editor and allows images to be uploaded, so postcards may be doable. We have not however, tested postcards, as we have built this with direct mail letters in mind.
Again, this tool is hugely powerful right now and we are going to be developing this more and more as we gain feedback once launched. We have many, many ideas for further expansion!

One question I have is:
Does the program keep up with the leads that have been pulled so that after I’ve pulled 30 results, will it find 30 DIFFERENT results the next time I search in the same area?

Since you mentioned that this tool would serve anywhere in the world I have a quick question, who or what is translating the domestic terms into English in order to have results from other countries?
As an example, dentist is dentista in Spanish (which is kind of similar)or in French which is dentiste (again quite similar).
Other example, plumber is plomero in Spanish (not too close) or plombier in French (not too close either).

This is an awesome tool.
Is there also a way of extracting biz owner names that would be included in the letter instead of just a generic Sir/Madame?
I agree with Holly that postcards would be great as these mini-billboards tend to be read when many letters go un-opened unless the letter stands out in someway.
I see many uses for this tool.
Looking forward to the “GRAND OPENING” (of the software as well as the letters created and mailed).

Hi all
If you search for 30 businesses in a City, then narrow it down by search a street or postal code, that will give you completely different 30 results you just have to play with it a bit
As far as post cards go, since you have the ability to export the addresses as a .csv Excel file, you can then import that into Microsoft Word as a Label. That label can then be printed and applied to a post card to save you time from having to write it out!
We will be having a mail out service where you send us your zipfile that Ebizcrawler creates and you hire our team to do the mailing for you. Also, we are in the works of getting call centers on board to call up the businesses if you want to do a tele marketing style campaign.
Unfortunately at the moment, The Google Maps API does not allow us to collect e-mail or URLS, but the moment it does or we find an alternative way, this update will be free to all customers of Ebizcrawler!

You cleared up some questions while I was away!
Efren – We have only tested this sofware in English, so if you search for say “Dentist” in say “Valencia”, you would search in english and it will still bring up Spanish results (but in English)!
Randy – As part of us using the Google API, we are not able to get business owner names at this point. The Google APT will not allow that!
Anthony cleared it up well, but regarding the 30 results thing, you can play around with all the postcodes in your city and you will be able to generate lots of different results!
